NOTES: Pages from the limited edition version of the CD booklet. 500 were printed.
All pages are like that, had hard covers with leater and embossed metal. Consisted of 68 pages, binded.
The booklet was really like a book: not only the medium but also the structure (chapters, intro, conclusion, and so on).
I won a prize for this work (see the What's New section, at the bottom).
